Buildings and Grounds (Customer Service)

The Buildings and Grounds team looks forward to serving the University community. Please contact us by entering a work-order request in one of the following methods:

  1. Place an ONLINE request by using the link http://tsuhhtma01:11010/home.html, enter this in your web browser and complete the form. An email will be generated with your request number and you may track your request online.
  2. Call our Customer Service Dispatch office at 713.313.1462, during the hours of 8AM and 5PM, one of representatives will assist you with your request.
  3. After hours or emergency, please call TSU Police Dispatch at 713.313.7001, and they will contact the appropriate personnel to address your emergency.
